About 4 years of glp1s for me now, and recently down the
rabbit hole I went, and out I cannot get!! Loving it!!
glp1 started again just after my 4th baby arrived, 87kg was the starting weight and 85kg is where I am after 4 weeks. Slow and steady, and I am ok with that! Learning stuff from here and meeting others along the journey is the hope!
