Hi! This is my intro message. I hope I’m doing this properly! I’m a 47 year old perimenopausal Canadian wife, mom, business owner, and health and fitness enthusiast. Over the past two years, my usual lifting heavy in the gym and tracking macros hadn’t been working as well as it always had and some unwanted fat had started to creep into my mid-section. So, back in May after much research online, I decided to try a microdose of Reta. It has worked like a charm and the pesky 5-8lbs that wouldn’t budge is gone! I’m currently taking 1.5mg per week broken into two doses of .75mg so that my digestion isn’t impacted and also because I find it helps to spread out my appetite suppression throughout the week. I know there are mixed feelings about this and even about someone with only a few pounds to use, taking this peptide. But - I have had constant food noise for my entire life and every single day of my life has been a battle to try and quiet that! This has been such a relief!!!
Last month I also added BPC-157 and TB-500 for a nagging knee/hip pain that has been an issue since winter 2025, as well as GHK-CU for hair, nails and skin. So far, everything seems to be doing what it promised! I’m excited to see where peptides go over the years ahead and also excited to have a place to talk to others taking these pins. I live in a very small rural community so I literally don’t know a single person in my actual real life who is using these. Just me, based on people I follow online.
Thanks for listening!
