Hi everyone — new face here, so a quick introduction.
Research has been my thing for roughly a decade. Curiosity got it started, and a few years in I was down every rabbit hole going, still learning. Communities where people put their experiences, their knowledge and their different angles out there are ones I genuinely enjoy.
Not gonna lie, the theatricals that kick off in online communities now and then are entertaining too lol. Keeps things interesting.
Roughly the past 2 years have been spent living with a rare autoimmune condition, dermatomyositis. The official diagnosis came last year, so the health side of my life has been heavy, and how I look at research and health topics has shifted a fair bit since.
Plenty has been learned from others along the way, but there's always more.
Happy to be here, and looking forward to working through the forum, picking things up from everyone's experiences, meeting people, and contributing where I can.
