Howdy there,
Learning about peptides is why I'm here. My weight loss has hit a wall, and I think the time has come
Back in January 2025 I was nearly 600 lbs
By Feb 2026 I was down to 337 lbs
All of that came off with diet and exercise alone
Then in january 2026 a nasty break up happened, and the first 2 months of the year were really hard. A nephew was lost, along side 6 other tragedies - any one of which, had it landed in 2025, would have been the worst thing that year. I fell off the wagon bad. About 15-20 hours of outdoor activities became an average of maybe 5.
Over 1000km was swum and roughly the same was hiked. Since January 2026, maybe 200km of hiking and 150 of swimming, most of it before april
My weight stayed stagnant until late may, when I just started eating bad - donuts, cookies, you name it, every day.
Since then about 25 has come back on, and with lethargy and satiation being a struggle I decided to give reta a try. Finding a place with so much knowledge to gain from has made me really happy. I'll admit it's a bit more overwhelming than I expected - I thought it would be as simple as reading some reviews and clicking a link.
Anyways, thank you.
J.
