Hello All! South Mississippi here. A 60+ yr young male, married 44 years. Health has been my project for 15+ years, ever since waking up to years of bad eating and too much sitting around. My 6'5" frame, and at the peak just over 400lbs, which of course brought type 2 diabetes along. TRT started, then the gym came back into my life, and across 6 months to a year 60lbs came off through better eating and working out. The following years were a grind down to 330lbs, then back up to 350 and so on... back and forth, again and again... then 2020 and early 2021 saw me down to 295lbs, stronger than I had ever been. Life got in the way late in 2021, and the 330s came back. 320 was where I got to last year, then the decision to go carnivore was made and 15lbs went in a month; then Ret came along and in two months another 30 came off, my lowest in 25 years! A move happened, and the last two months have been spent hanging at that weight; Ret stopped two weeks ago to give it a rest. Coming to this forum was about learning more around peptieds, so that when starting again I can do even better. 250lbs is the next goal — a figure I once assumed I'd never see again, but now I know I can and will! BTW the wife dropped 33lbs with Triz, so both of us are fans! And as you've probably noticed, long winded is a thing I can be... Ha Ha! Ask away about anything on my journey. Have a Great day!
