Hi everyone, glad to be here!
A little about me - 57-year old woman - and super active for my age is what I'd like to think, with 5-6 workouts a week on my schedule.
Menopause landed like a brick: meno-pot (the dreaded one), sleep gone bad and joint pain that was terrible. Eating clean and training hard, yet the weight just wouldn't shift — so frustrating.
Mounjaro was the next thing I explored, and 13kg came off over 6 months at the lowest dose; these days half of that goes in as a weekly microdose. Going off it entirely was what brought the food noise back, I discovered. (HRT is part of my routine too, and sleep issues improved hugely because of it)
So my next step is exploring Reta, plus the recovery/healing peps, for an old ACL injury. Certification is something I'm considering because the whole area fascinates me — what do you all think? Affordable resources seem limited here in the UK.
Eager to learn from you all!
