Hi everyone, 44M in London. I've trained my whole life, professionally as a dancer among other things, and I currently sit at around 72kg at 5'11". I'm reasonably lean but have always carried stubborn fat on my belly, flanks and back.

I have Hashimoto's and take T4 + T3, and I also deal with chronic pain and inflammation from fibromyalgia, which limits how hard I can train.

GLP-1s are new to me and I'm here to learn from other people's experience, particularly on fat loss, holding on to muscle, and training with thyroid and inflammation issues. Looking forward to learning from everyone!

Welcome aboard!

I'm quite new to peptides myself, but one that caught my eye while reading up was 5-Amino-1MQ. I can lean out too, but this compound might help shrink adipose tissue cells, which strikes me as pretty unusual.

Again, I'm no expert, but it's worth looking into!

On your exercise restrictions from fibromyalgia: can you use stationary machines like bikes or rowers? You can get a serious workout on those, steady state or intervals, and they drive some great physiological adaptations.
