Hey everyone! 37/M out of NYC, checking in. I signed up to keep learning and pick up more hands-on experience. My own start was earlier this summer with TB/BPC, and I intend to bring others in gradually.
The scale side of things isn't really my worry — I keep that under control. What gets me is a VERY physically demanding career: at my age I notice I'm a step behind, that I can't go at the same intensity any more, and that bouncing back takes several days where it used to be quicker. Father Time is undefeated, but I'll make him work for it right to the end.
