Idaho is the state, though it's still west of the Rockies, which is where the PNW (Pacific NW) label comes from. 65 yr old male here, and the weight crept on gradually from around 35 until it peaked at 280#. Height is 6ft 2in. Keto and similar things got a try when my SIL went on that binge; all it did was keep food on my mind 24/7. GLP1 was mentioned to my doctor as something I was considering and he was on board, even finding a local compounding pharmacy for me. That was last March (25), tirzepitide was the start, and about 225 was where I landed by Dec. Working out a maintenance regime that actually holds is the current project. The hunger and food focus definitely return after 2 to 3 weeks off.
