Hi everyone! Here's hoping you're all keeping safe through yet another stretch of winter storms. This site turned up by chance the other day, and a quick Reddit search told me the crowd here is very legit!

Some background: semaglutide was my medication from 10/2023-07/2024, and about 50ish pounds came off on it, which was amazing. None of it came back until August of last year — a child of mine spent 3 months in hospital and the stress of that caught up with me, so roughly 30 lbs returned between August and December. A bodybuilding coworker brought up Reta a few weeks ago, on the very same day I'd decided to try a tele health company for semaglutide again. This route appeals to me much more — the pricing is more reasonable and there's more room to customise. The grey market is something I've since read about; interest is there but so is hesitation and skepticism, so that research will continue a while longer before I even think about dipping my toe in.

On the personal side: wife and mom to 2 kids, and an ICU nurse coming up on 6 years. 2 rescue dogs share the house with us, and reading is a passion — the collection is over 1000 books now.

Lurking and learning from this community is something I'm looking forward to. Glad to be here!
