Hey!

I've found myself reaching 1200 calories a day (66kg, 172cm) on average.

Honestly it's not too bad, I have energy, I am not losing lean mass (mostly because I still eat lots of protein) and I am not hungry at all. Still, in these three weeks, I've lost 3kg. Not too bad 🙂

So I was wondering: what are your caloric intakes? How much did you lose?

I'm currently eating about 1450 -1500 calories a day. I started 11 months ago and have lost 65 pounds on Tirz. Weight loss has slowed down since I should be eating less than 1350 for a 1 pound/week weight loss. Even with the meds I find it hard to go under 1500 calories. I've gotten down to 200 pounds several times in the last 12 years, but always got stuck and eventually gained weight because I couldn't stay under 1500 calories. With tirz I made it to 186 pounds, but I'm probably going to up my current dose to keep losing.

51 year old male. 5 fot 9, 200lbs. Currently i eat 2500 calories a day, with 190 to 210 grams of protein. This leaves me in a small 100 to 150 calorie deficit. My weight has stayed pretty steady the last 2 months since I ended staying at maintenance. But, I have clearly been getting leaner and my waist has gone down 2 inches, Im in size 31 jeans now. I lift weights 3 days a week, treadmill 5 days and bike 2 days a week. Im also on TRT. I previously lost 70lbs and while doing that I ate 1200 to 1500 calories a day.

Currently eating 1900 calories per day. Weight lifting 5 days per week, 20-30 minutes of cardio on weightlifting days, 60 minutes of light cardio on rest days. Deficit should be anywhere between 400-600 calories depending on what tool is used to calculate that. Aiming for a minimum of 165g of protein per day.

Most days I'm between 1200 to 1600 as a 5'5" woman in my early 30s. In the first few weeks of tirz I had a number of days where I struggled to even reach 1200 but as I'm not having the nausea any longer I make sure to at least get around there as my bare minimum.

1600-1900 kcal/day since late 2022 , 167cm 58yo male. Started at 145kg got to 75kg late 2023.

Started GLP's in 2024, now 65kg. Pretty inactive , but even walking 3 hours a day versus zero made no obvious difference to calorie requirements.

5'7, lightly active male currently 165lbs down from 195lbs beginning of February with steady 3lbs/wk loss and good energy.

I too try to hit around 1200 calories.. not always easy TBH since everything I'm eating is protein isolates or nutrient dense. Could I eat a cookie?..sure, but I really don't care to. None of my calories go to sugars or hollow carbs.

Currently consuming 2600kcal. also on Reta 7.5mg, sermorelin 400mcg, tesamorelin 2mg, CJC/Ipamorelin 250mcg each.

My trainer knows I m taking reta, and told me that we are going to work on recomposition instead of pure fat loss. I m not gaining weight with the current calorie intakew hich is surprising.

6'4" 303lbs down from 330 end of March. 1800-2000 calories per day. 150g minimum protein per day, but goal is 200g. Tirz 2.5mg Reta 1mg, soon to be 2mg.

Walk 5 miles per day, gym 3-4 times per week.

How do you eat that much while on reta? Does it not make you feel nauseous?

curious, what is your goal? Single digit bodyfat?

36M 172cm 77kg. I maintain at around 1800-2000kcal, which is what I've been eating for the past month, and for the next 4-6 weeks I plan to start another deficit at around 1500kcal.

6"2, 162lbs. Maintenance right now is about 3000. Its a lot of food after cutting weight for close to two years. Plus Tirz boosted my metabolism by 15% ish. I'm very active and for the first time in my life, my calorie burn actually makes sense with my level of activity. It weird eating around 1000 calories a day more than I have for years.

I have no clue! I guess I am one of "under-responders",.....if that makes sense.

I do feel fuller than usual. Also I consume 230g protein and 340g carb or so, and depend a lot on concentrated protein milk like fairlife 42g protein, so the volume of consumption isn't that much.
