How do you reconstitute ARA 290?

Please don’t attack me—I did use the search bar before making this post. Could somebody explain the proper method for reconstituting this peptide? No matter how hard I try, I just can’t work it out.

From what I've come across, this peptide doesn't behave like the usual ones when it comes to mixing. Straight BAC alone apparently won't get it into solution. I'm not looking for dosing guidance here — what I want to know is the process for getting it dissolved in PBS first, and then how to dilute that with BAC.
 
Today alone I think I've been through 4 different write-ups on how people reconstitute it. Best of luck. I'll be watching this one.
