Hey y'all. 58 year old, retired, a mom, a wife & a grandma. Diets beyond counting have been tried, plus one procedure and one surgery, all for weight. And here I sit at my highest weight ever. Success came many times, but the moment I stop, well, you know the story. Learning is why I'm here, and hopefully finding some "help" in this hell called obesity. My thinking was to begin with reta, but the more I learn, the more starting with trez looks wiser. So here I am. Glad to be here, and perhaps even make new friends along the way.
