I’m delving into HGH right now and it’s just so much information at once and mostly for men. Can yall tell me your experiences good and bad with HGH (anyone not just women) and if you have any info on its effects on women it’s very much appreciated. I don’t want to mess up my body. I’m currently on CJC/Ipa.

I took it for a few months, 1iu fasted before bed. I was taking for bone health/desity benefits. I was taking several other peps so I can't say it any benefits I noticed were from the HGH. I will be doing another run soon because I'm at the age where anything I can do to improve age related issues I'm all in.

Effects are pretty much the same man or women, you make it every night when you sleep

I guess I just seen a lot of people say testosterone + HGH so I just assume there were sex/gender specific benefits

Test is a man thing mostly. Some woman take it I think for low cortisol.

It's not something to really guess at. Get a IGF-1 and Z score test before starting. Make sure you're not in a caloric deficit for that test. Then started low, re-test after 4 to 6 weeks and just from their. For health and longevity they say to keep your Z score at or just under 2.

Not a doctor, I just read a lot.
