Hi everyone,
An introduction seemed in order. This forum turned up while I was looking up information about GLP-1 medications and weight loss. Reading about them online has been going on for a while, though personal experience with them is something I don't have yet.
Losing weight and actually keeping it off, without feeling miserable the whole time, is one of my main goals. Learning more about how these medications work, and hearing about other people's experiences with them, is something else I hope for. Things that might help my family too are also on my list.
Snowboarding and playing music are enjoyments of mine outside of all this. Guitar and piano are what I play, and ways to improve performance and overall health always interest me. The whole metabolic health and biohacking side of things has been drawing my interest lately, which is what brought me here.
