I'm a 53-year-old muscular guy. For roughly a year I've been using a prescribed GLP-1. My weight went from 279 lbs down to 255 lbs, which is about normal for me, and then I stalled out. I paused the glp-1 ( semaglutide) for around 3 weeks, thinking maybe I'd reset, and that's when I learned about this gray market — WOW. About 2 weeks ago I began Tirz at the starter dose. Mostly I'm here to soak up information and learn from what others advise. Since I've already begun the Tirz, my plan is to keep going with it and later move over to the Retatrutide. I'm also experimenting with BPC-157 and TB-500.
