Hello from Texas: An Introduction

I'm a 52 year old woman. Since July 2025 I've been taking Triz, and right now I'm stuck at a stall. That stall started in November, back when my dose was 7.5 mg. In January I moved up to 10 mg, but still nothing shifted. Rather than increase my Triz dose further, I'd like to stack Reta. I have no idea how to get past this stall, and it's incredibly frustrating.
