Hi everyone!
It feels good to be surrounded by people who get it. I live right in the center of the country — Nebraska. One thing this state has plenty of? Restaurants. Food and my weight have been a lifelong battle for me. Staying consistent with exercise has been tough as well. With two little ones now, I'm hoping to make a change. My doctor prescribed Zep, but my insurance refuses to pay unless I complete 6 months of nutrition counseling and fail at it. That's why I'm looking into what else is out there.
