Hey Fellow Rats! Caved at last and created an account here! My 
days go back to early 2024. Semaglutide and tirzepatide were both tried, and neither worked on me — oddly they dropped my blood sugar so low that I got hungrier. Reta came mid 2024. Not perfect, but results have come and I've stayed with it ever since. 12mgs is where I sit now, still fighting food noise. Adding Elora is something I'm really looking forward to
