After spending quite some time reading along quietly, I finally went ahead and registered.
I live in Scotland, I'm 39, and I'm closing in on my target weight — the end is almost within reach. (a good part of that is down to this forum and all of you kind folks)
The last year has brought a real transformation for me, and I've never been happier to be alive or more optimistic about what's ahead!
At the moment I'm stacking Reta, Ima/Cjc and Glow.
