Since 2023, I've been taking peps to shed weight. I've dropped 110 pounds, mainly thanks to Semal. My goal is to lose 40 more pounds, but right now I'm stuck since I need high doses of Presnisone for PMR. I've noticed a few folks I recognized from other places are here.
