Hi everyone, I'm a 44-year-old woman from Germany going through menopause. I'm hoping to get some tips on how to best handle maintenance. I'm about 163cm tall and weigh 49/50kgs, and I've got some loose skin now after dropping the weight without using any supplements. But keeping the weight off is way harder than shedding it in the first place. BW

For maintenance, retatrutide works pretty well. If it were me, I'd give low dose tirzepitide a shot alongside low dose cagrilinitide. My wife and I (both in our 60’s) have had excellent results with the Klow stack. Regarding HRT, that's worth bringing up with your doctor. In my country (USA), most doctors don't think about it for women going through perimenopause.

Tesamorelin is one peptide option that might help. HGH is another route you could take, obviously. Before anything, get your full bloodwork done. The ilgf-1 scores matter especially. To learn more, look up trials involving HGH and HRT in women your age.

Welcome aboard!

When it comes to keeping things steady, the glp category offers quite a few paths worth exploring. You'll find a huge pile of material on here, so enjoy digging in and picking things up.

Regarding the skin, my first thought would be to check out GHK-CU along with collagen.

Best of luck 🍀

Hello everyone, I'm also new to this community. For weight loss, Retatrutide combined with or without aod works really well. When it comes to loose skin, giving fasting a try could help—options like omad or occasionally going 2-3 days without eating if you can manage it. I'm not sure whether ghkcu would be beneficial for that.
