Hello. 22 years old, writing from the USA.
What a site this is. A month or so of lurking happened before getting around to an intro.
The site's best-known purposes have already been used, and the experience so far has been great
Right now the scale reads 155 Lbs, and height is 5 '10.
Last March the scale said 205 Lbs, and a gym had never even been stepped into. Then a breakup came - the first real relationship, 2 years.
Self-confidence was already a struggle back then, and that breakup finished the job.
Anyway, some cardio at a gym was the starting point, with becoming a better person as the goal. The weight machines somehow became the destination.
Almost a year on, the gym has been a constant: weight training 4-7 days a week for roughly 7 months, and the progress has been insane.
Back in high school, about 190 was the weight, and strict dieting with no exercise took it down to 135. Then sad life events arrived, SSRIs came in, and all of it came back. Years of being stuck followed.
These days, prime years, and real pride in how the physique keeps improving.
Almost all of that weight came off without GLP's. Around 165 though, a plateau hit.
A high TRT dose got started in November.
January brought the ret, and HGH only started last week.
Gym numbers keep climbing, muscle keeps building, fat keeps burning - all while the diet stays strict.
Anyway, that's me so far.
