Hi all,
Stepping out of the shadows and officially joining the community at last. Writing to you from France!
A bit about me: 38 years old, 1m81, sitting at 97 kg (214 lbs) right now. Sports and activity are a big part of my life, yet nutrition is where I come unstuck. Regulating appetite is very hard for me and I eat impulsively, which wipes out a lot of what the gym achieves. Stabilizing around 85 kg (187 lbs) is the goal.
Managing those cravings is why Retatrutide has had my close attention. The protocols are already studied, and my plan is a slow build: 1 mg weekly for month one, then possibly stepping to 1.5 mg for month two, making an 8-week cycle in total.
Getting informed, reading about your real-world experiences (the good and the bad), and later sharing my own journey once things get going is why I am here. A previous supplier gave me a bad experience (scammed, which cooled me off considerably), so caution is now my default - shipping to Europe and France especially. Reading the discussions and understanding the safety measures before taking the plunge is worth the time.
Exchanging with you all and learning from your experiences is something I look forward to!
