Hello!

I am new to the peptide community and journey. I currently have 30mg Reta and 10mg Tesa and just have a few questions.

First of all, a tiny bit about me, i have a history of many food allergies and have had an instance where I went into anaphylaxis, since then I have been very paranoid with everything and anything.

Now, I have heard that taking Tesa, the first week is very bad, or can be, and sometimes allergic reactions and anaphylaxis can occur. That is very scary for me to hear and am wondering if anyone has some advice on that, my friend suggested taking benadryl the first week 15 mins before every pin. And i know that after the 3 month cycle to hop off because your immune system builds up an immunity, but I heard once you hop back on after that month rest, it’s even worse again, because of the immunity. So I am very nervous about Tesa.

Besides that, I am exited to hop on Reta and start my journey, my end goal is getting super lean and shredded lol but it’s always scary starting something new, especially injecting needles with foreign Chinese chemicals in them.

So just some clarifying, Every 10mg you need 1ml of backwater, if those units are right, so I have a 30mg vile of reta so i need 3 ml of BAC, and call me stupid but the 10 on the insulin needed equals 1ml right? and then for the Tesa i would do 2ml of BAC since its more thick? and since i have a 10mg vile. Then just sterilize my hands, wipe the top with an alcohol pad, pull back to the amount i’d use with air, push the air into the vile, inject the needle sideways and the bottle upside down and eject it, then just pinch the skin and stick it and let it go in. sorry for all the questions i am just very nervous.

Also for reta i heard 5 small meals a day, protein and water intake is very important and to hold up on making any huge decisions since your mind is in a non caring or locked in state.

and Tesa, electrolytes are crucial, intensity in training is super important to ensure that GH is being produced, and protein intake as well, also doing your cardio, and on the first week sweating, benadryl and electrolytes help prevent swelling and flushness and any bad reactions.

If anyone would be so kind to read all this and give me some answers I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much.

No advice. Just don't understand why you would do it in the first place.

No. 10 units is 0.1mL. 100 units is 1mL. I'm assuming you are using a u100 syringe, not a u40.

No. You add what makes sense for your dosing schedule. Tesa 10 + 1mL BAC makes things simpler. 500mg = 5 units. 1mg = 10 units.

No. Not sideways. Straight.

No. Just do whatever works to meet your goals.

No. Electrolytes is for Reta, not Tesa. Intensity in training is super important, always, regardless of what you are taking.
