Roughly summarized:

DT-109 appears promising since it could simultaneously lower plaque accumulation, lessen calcification in the arteries, ease inflammation, and boost metabolic and liver function.... which is something existing cardiovascular therapies typically cannot achieve.

Wow. This goes after NAFLD head-on. Should it ever be obtainable, I would absolutely want to get my hands on it. My whole reason for starting peptides was to fight this condition. Any chance it is already on the market?

From what an AI search turned up, Diapin Therapeutics is still actively developing this, and it has moved into human clinical trials. So far I haven't come across any grey market listings - not yet 🙂
