Hello, David Charlson is my name. 262 pounds is what I weigh, and 56 years old is my age. Getting the weight to go down has been a struggle, despite better eating, training, and competing in a 70.3 Ironman last September. Zepboud was recently denied by my insurance, on the grounds that my BMI isn't high enough. Learning from the theis group is something I'm excited about.
