Read the instructions. To turn it on you just put some weight on it. Make sure you stay on it till the small colored lights stop flashing to get the body scan readings.

Thanks for the heads up! I think this will one of those times that I actually read the instructions. I’m usually one of those guys that rip things out of the box and don’t read a thing 😂.
