Hello,

A thank-you first to everybody who invests their time and energy in posting here. My reason for arriving is to get a firmer grasp of GLP1's and what they do alongside other peptides. Around 9 months back I committed to a strict carnivore diet and picked up a regular lifting regimen again. The plan was twofold: shed weight to a point, and turn part of that mass into muscle — and it worked, very successfully. My TRT has run for roughly 2 years with almost nothing to show for it (predictably) right up until diet and exercise shifted, at which point progress came at cannon speed. Baseline test sat around ~220, and before starting it I felt like dogs*it; the truth is I still felt like crap until the behavioural changes described above.

Peptides entered the picture about six months ago — mostly recovery compounds and HGH secretagogues — and fat came off at a still faster clip, with recovery good enough that a man in his mid 40's could train 4-5 days at week. My starting point was 6'2 and roughly 275 lbs; today I'm at ~215, and a large share of that weight has switched from fat into muscle. I look great and, more to the point, I feel great. As I said, various routes brought me here (Reddit, I'm fairly sure, in the end), and I took up Reta from a research angle to shift the last 15 or so pounds without cannibalising muscle (or as little as possible). Combined with carnivore eating and ~180-200g of protein daily, it's performing very well.

Since the direct grey market got more affordable, a number of additional peptides have made it into my hands (mitochondrial, general wellness, and so on), though the jury remains out on most. My Youtube research is fairly extensive, yet a dedicated forum like these — one dealing less in GLPs and more in the myriad nonGLP options — has eluded me...There's a decent amount of discussion to be found here, but I have to believe something exists that matches the depth of GLP talk this community manages.
