Usually I take 2 mg every Tuesday, but I'm heading off on vacation on a Saturday. What happens if I pin on that Saturday instead, almost 3-4 days earlier than usual? Would that be okay?

At a dose that small it barely matters, unless you happen to be sensitive enough that the sides get worse.
Do it early, pack it and take it along, or just miss the dose - your call. I pinned a bit of Tirz as a buffer before heading out of town last week and carried Reta in a travel vial.
