Lurked for ages, finally joining! glp1s (sema and then tirz) have been my companions for the last few years, and they've been a genuinely wonderful tool for my health. Holding my current weight is the current project, and results from a fitness and strength training routine I've stuck with are finally showing — deeply rewarding when it feels like decades have gone by with the work going in and little to show for it. The mental side is getting worked on too: gratitude for my body and everything it has done for me, alongside pulling apart some old stories I've carried about body image and self-worth. From the outside as a non-member, this site looked full of REAL people and great info. Excited to start engaging on here!!!
