I've got leaky gut and have been managing it with a few other supplements. From what I've read, BPC157 is meant to help with that too. Do people usually run it solo, or as part of a GLOW/KLOW stack? Thanks

Solo for me, alongside TB-500 and GHK-Cu. BPC-157 and GHK-Cu every day, TB-500 a few times a week. Honestly, the drop in soreness and that general "better" feeling only shows up once TB-500 is in the mix.
Tennis elbow plus shoulder trouble here. Four weeks on the stack and the improvement has been very modest so far.
If the leaky gut is the target, the oral form of BPC-157 is worth a look, and KPV is said to go well with gut problems and inflammation.
A kit of KPV is on the way to bolt onto the current stack.
The handy thing about GLOW/KLOW: 1 injection a day rather than 3/4.
The downside is you do not control the dose of anything in a pre-mixed blend, and I do not think the ratios are the best. And if you want to pin BPC-157 twice a day rather than once, you will need a separate vial regardless.
Hope that helps!
