Hey everyone, new here!

36yo female, Australia. Wegovy was my starting point 12 months back. The weight came off — more than 30kg — until the cost became impossible. Once I stopped for a few months, close to 10kg crept back on. On the medication I felt great: a clear mind, and daily life without being consumed by food thoughts. Paying for the prescription is simply beyond my budget now.

I'm hoping to meet people on the same wavelength and swap notes on how they got their momentum back.

I get where you're coming from, mate.

What they charge for the 'official' meds is absurd (thanks a lot, big pharma!).

Access to the things that make life better ought to be there for everyone.

Gray is the way to go.

Welcome!

I went through something pretty close to what you're describing — paying $500/month for wegovy just wasn't sustainable for me either. I switched to compound for a stretch, until that route got shut down. After hunting around, somebody pointed me toward forums, and that's how I ended up here.

I did a lot of reading through the posts on this site, and the first vendor I decided on had a warehouse in Australia, so I treated it as a calculated first risk. Basically, my partner and I together got 6 months of tirz for less than a single month of wegovy was costing me alone.

So hang around, put some time into reading the forum, and you'll be good to go ☺️
