Are China Shipments Back to Normal?

Has shipping out of China returned to normal at this point? Is it a good time to place an order, or would it be better to hold off?

Since Customs falls under DHS and those workers aren't getting paid, they're just pushing parcels through. Without pay, there are no inspections.

Ordering from China is something I steer clear of. Too many bad experiences in the past.

For me, it's either a U.S. warehouse or nothing.
