A few vendors have begun offering 500mg/vial. In addition, research protocols used roughly 50mg/daily before effects were observed.

Nope, it's genuinely 500mg in each vial, 5000mg for the whole kit, and I went ahead and bought one.

A few other options that may be off people's radar:

SS-31 at 150mg per vial

MOTS-C at 80mg per vial

Reta and Tirz at 140mg per vial

These come from custom group buys, aimed at folks who split supplies or use very large amounts.

I'm part of a group that pools Reta together; these days we finish a 60mg vial within 7 days, so bulk purchasing works out far cheaper for us.

At the point of sale, they said "5ml, but maybe larger."

My guess is that production is happening now, and I still haven't heard anything about the ml size.

No matter what size vial it arrives in, my plan is to use a 10ml syringe for mixing and then move it into a different vial.
 
My 500mg kits just arrived from a Group Buy. Kangaroo is looking to run it at 5mg per day. Curious to see what the research turns up. There's nearly a decade's worth of research material in this amount.

I'd like to see how this turns out for you. There's 500mg on its way to me. From what I've come across, some people go as high as 50mg per day! My plan is to gradually build up to that level.

Dosages vary wildly across Reddit and YT... honestly, my take is that nobody truly has the answer. My kangaroo starts at 5 mg for week one, then moves to 10 mg in week two. Doing your own research and evaluating results matters.
 
Interesting — I was on 1mg daily Monday through Friday, and it left me exhausted the entire day. Once I quit, that feeling disappeared right away. Now I've got 3 unconstituted 10mg vials sitting around and I have no idea what to do with them lol.
