Hi all, I'm a father of 37. Years back I thought of myself as quite fit and active, but after kids came along food has been a struggle. I'm still active, yet if macaroni and cheese is in the house, I'll eat it. Since 2020 I've put on roughly 50lbs, and now I want to get a handle on it, because clearly relying on my own willpower isn't doing the job.
I'm here to learn. What I want to understand better is how safe grey market sources are, more than just avoiding getting scammed. I mean, I don't want to be scammed either, but I'd take being scammed over putting something dangerous into my body (apart from the usual risks/sides that are advertised on the tin).
