I feel a little embarrassed admitting this—well, maybe just a little,

but nearly every night, the pin is something I look forward to.

The wipe with alcohol, the steps done just so,

a habit that sits somewhere in the middle.

Reta is there, patient, holding hunger off,

helping me quietly as each day passes.

Then comes GHK-CU, going after repair,

saying softly, "Keep building—you're getting there."

And NAD+... what is there to say?

That spicy stick gets my day going.

It stings briefly, then it's over fast—

a small nudge: "I'm working on you."

Some people go for coffee, others pour tea,

while I have my tiny lab looking back at me.

Vials arranged like an odd little crew,

every one with a job, every one with something to do.

So yes, I'm embarrassed, but only somewhat.

When the time comes, I smile—I have to say it.

Not because of the needle, not for the sting,

but for whatever hope tomorrow may bring.

Does anyone else feel excited for the pin? Or am I borderline crack addict?

Nice verse 🙂

There was a time when I actually anticipated it; these days it's just part of my schedule.

Let me say this: stacking Mito alongside Lipo-c and TRT simultaneously... that was overkill...

23 injections per week....

Sure, plenty of people handle more.. but I'm not repeating that, it only lasted a handful of weeks where they overlapped.. still, WOW...

Mine is 11 pins weekly — 9 sub q plus 2 intramuscular — and yes, I look forward to them too lol. On the weeks where I'm doing everything right, every single shot feels like it is paying off.

Right now I’m doing 15 pins each week. My guess is that excitement about certain peps keeps me going while I wait to see what they’ll do. That said, at work my belly itches all day long. Looks like I need to pick up some anti-itch lotion or something.

At my peak, I was doing 24 pins every week.

Each dose of the CJC/Ipa blend was 250mcg, taken 2x per day (14/week), KLOW once daily (7/week), and Reta on a 3-day schedule (2-3/week).

These days I'm at 16/week. Reta 2x/week, HGH every day, KLOW every day. Pens have made a difference as well.

I'm 39 and I've not had energy like this since I was 19. Last week I got through 3 workouts in 1 day. I used to play basketball all day long when I was younger. Peps make me feel like I could do that again.

Bravooooo!! 👏🏻 That poem is great!

I've only been on gray for about 2 months, but I have to say, every night before bed I actually anticipate my pinning routine. It comes across as progress, particularly when the numbers on the scales drop and when I check the mirror and no longer feel shame and self hatred — instead I notice change, determination, maybe even potential. That feeling beats any drug I've ever used or abused.

Say it with me:

Never going back!

Never going back!

Never going back!
