Looks like other people have already said more or less the same thing but.MrZardoz said:
I've been on Tirz since July last year - from 2025 to this year. I started at 322pounds, and am currently 'hovering ' around 219 - (up and down 1-2 pounds)
It slowly dawned on me that Tirz might not be working any more - which could explain the extended plateau's I've been on... hence me trying Eloralintide - and eyeing 'Foundayo' as well as the next plan B if this doesnt work - but I'm not wasting any tirz just yet..

If you are down 107 lbs and not gaining weight then the tirz has worked quite well and is continuing to work, but it is normal for it to feel like it has stopped working when this happens. And you have been on it for a year, which is about the right timing for a true stall where all the drug can do is fight against the natural tendency to regain the weight but not strong enough to cause more weight loss. That degree of weight loss, from 332 to 219 is 32% which is an excellent above average result from tirz, your metabolic rate will have dropped from both loss of metabolising tissue and from metabolic adaptation to low calorie input, and hunger increased from weight loss, making it much harder to achieve a weight loss generating calorie deficit.
It matters as I got the impression you are talking about or have stopped the tirz, and swapped to elora, ( " but I'm trying to give tirz a break for now - as it seems to have stopped working entirely," ) which I think is completely the wrong approach, especially as tirz has actually worked well with above average results, so just on elora you have to hope it gets better than average results just to stop you regaining weight, let alone losing more. And it makes much more sense to just add it in on top of the tirz at whatever dose you are on, and there is a very good chance it will cause extra weight loss, which I assume you are looking for. Unfortunately there are no human trials results yet for that combination but it worked very well in rats, which is promising. So staying on tirz will stop you regaining the weight you have already lost and hopefully elora will add to the weight loss
Still think the picture is good, unforgettable movie even if it is a long time since I saw it.
