So I'm currently only taking tirz for weight loss but as I started working out a lot and I'm not a young man anymore (48) I'm starting to get some slight aches and pains here and there. I've just started researching other peptides and so far I'm looking into SS-31, MOTS-C, wolverine stack (BPC-157+TB-500) and CJC-1295+Ipamorelin so far.

I'm leaning towards CJC-1295+Ipamorelin to start with from a friend I've talked to who takes it and he says it's a good starting point. I'm in no rush at all so I'm doing the research thoroughly.

I feel like recovery is my main goal to start with. I workout quite hard and push my body as much as I feel is ok but if the recovery time could be decreased they would be amazing.

I run a PPL split (Push/Pull/Legs) spread over 5 days a week, spacing out my rest days so my body has enough time to recover properly. The resting days involve cardio depending on daily form.

I eat healthy but still try and get the calories I need and protein of course.

I use Lyfta as my working out app (I love it) it keeps track on which muscles need rest and which are ready to go. I use FatSecret to keep track of calories and protein.

Any help and tips would be truly amazing.

I'm following this. I have SS-31, MOTS-C and KLOW ready to add to my tirz and I'm looking at formulating a plan. Experiences from the peanut gallery are always welcome.

Cjc&ipa is a good starting point. Unless you have an injury I see no need for wolverine but I do have a kit in the freezer just in case.

5amino1mg helped me with energy and gave me a little extra push in the weight loss department.

Kisspeptin is also a nice addition.

At 48, dont waste your time and money on CJC and IPA. Just go HGH. HGH is pretty cheap these days. Over a certain age, many say around 40, the secretagogues are meh because you hope your aging pituatary gland can properly make more growth hormone from a larger signal.

KLOW is good stuff. KPV in addition to BPC and TB for additional inflammation reduction and helps take the sting out of the GHK-CU.

At your age, you may actually notice something from SS-31 and MOTS-C. At 38, ran SS31 in a bulk. Hard to tell if increased energy was from calorie surplus or the SS31.

MOTS-C didn't notice much outside of slight cardio improvement. Likely noticed increased insulin sensitivity as it would cause me to bonk without preworkout carbs during a hard bike ride or ruck.

My daily drivers are GLP, HGH, and KLOW. Helps this high mileage veteran keep active.

Sometimes I ask myself, if it's not to much, that I'm taking and stacking together... When I get the list of Peptides from the supplier, I feel like a child in a toy store.

Currently I'm 42 and my stack is:

Reta

---

GCH-Cu

SS-31

5-Amino-1MQ

BPC-157

TB-500

KPV

hCG

Semax

Selank

And I want to add Tessa and replace SS-31 with MOTs-C in 10 days.

How much SS-31 are you taking? Ive done 5-7mg pre workout and have amazing energy. Not all over caffeinated whacked out but just steady clean energy, felt like i was 22 again, not 56😀

I took 4mg daily for about 8 weeks. I used to have alot of fatigue from when my thyroid shit out. And I've had better energy since that bulk/SS31 cycle. But I'm not going to discount what 12 plus weeks at a calorie surplus might have done.

What does it has to do with Workout ans SS-31? SS-31 is fixing holes in the mitachondria, so that Electrons can't fly out and create oxidative stress. It's a long term fix and prevention of damage and not a pre workout drug for more energy.

I ran CJC/Ipa for a month. Have been on 3IU of HGH for a month now. As an older dude, I would recommend GH over the secretagogues.

I agree with your assessment of going straight to GH.

I also run the same stack with great success.

About the same age as you and we pretty much have the same stack:

Reta, HGH (just started), KLOW but I also have Glutathione and honestly this will probably be my stack moving forward I just dont see the benefits in the other ones for now.

I did do a cycle of Sermorelin and Epithalon for 30 days but with GH im not doing Serm anymore but I will do Epi cycles every 4 months.

Never even researched kisspeptin out 5amino. I guess I'm not done researching after all.

Ok I was fearing that actually. But I'm getting a full blood test when I get back from vacation and will see my hormone levels. Just scared about HGH for some reason. So could you point me to the HGH for newbies section please 🥺

Did think about klow for a while but heard much about injection pain and such so I thought BPC-157 and TB-500 by itself was easier. Leaning back to klow now

Just turned 38 here, been thinking of trying HGH for the first time. Just a little hesitant, if I ever want to come off HGH will my body product anymore naturally (albeit a small amount)? I'd hate to completely stop my pituitary gland down.

Based on my research prior to starting HGH. It shutsdown natural production while you are on it which is why you need to use is consistently. BUT if you do stop it will take a few weeks to a few months for for you pituitary gland to resume production. I think at this time you can use the secretagogues as your PCT.

Of course this is if you are using it as optimization and maintenance and not extreme daily used for years.

Not taking it only pre-workout

Think of it this way. What is the difference between CJC + IPA and HGH assuming CJC and IPA worked well? Both have the same end result.

Most basic primer of HGH. Usually start with 2IU and 6ish weeks later, test your IGF-1 and Z score. Z score is where you compare against the average based on age grouping. For general health/antiaging most aim for about a 2 Z score. Adjust up or down accordingly. Probably will end up in the 1.5-3IU daily range.

Some get better sleep with pre-bed administration, if you're unlucky and it wrecks your sleep, take first thing in the AM. (I fall into the wreck sleep category)

HGH isn't testosterone. Natural production picks up next day.

I've found Klow to have zero injection pain when pinned in my upper butt fat 😆 Others clued me in on this. As a female, the hardest part is reaching around to pinch a bit of skin and hit the site. Good luck!

Unless your extremely lean I don't think pinching the skin is necessary in the glutes.
