I've been having some trouble that came from lifting weights — specifically a slightly pulled forearm muscle plus golfer's elbow. I've been reducing the load and steering clear of movements that make it worse, but it's still bothering me after about a month. I was considering putting a bpc/tb blend into the mix to aid recovery. Right now my stack includes trt, Reta, and motsc, and I'll be adding a cjc/ipa blend before long. Would throwing the bpc/tb blend in create any problems? Anyone running something similar, or got thoughts or suggestions? Thanks.

My situation is close to this, except I haven't started taking anything at all yet. Peptides are completely new territory for me and I'm still in the learning phase. Nothing was ever officially diagnosed, so the exact problem is unclear to me, but my guess is golfers elbow or tendonitis, which showed up back when I was a young bricklayer more than 20 years ago. After I stopped bricklaying, it mostly disappeared and only flared up on very rare occasions. When I got back into the gym recently and began doing bicep curls, it felt right away like I was bricklaying all over again. I've been experimenting with changing how I move and holding myself back, hoping to let it settle down, but it has kept nagging me ever since and it holds my performance back. For a possible treatment, bpc-157 and tb-500 look like the best options to try. I'm unsure whether I should simply run a "wolverine stack", or how the results would differ if I took them separately instead, or even if I chose to add something else in there for a different benefit too.

What you're running looks a lot like what I'm running. Adding BPC and TB to it is something I'd do 100% of the time. My golfers elbow got so bad it spread to my shoulder and then my wrist. Unless I gave my left arm 2 weeks of rest, it was basically useless. Even after those 2 weeks, curling a 10lb dumbell 5 times was about all I could manage. My arm was 80% better inside 2 weeks, and 90% better inside 30 days.

Skip a couple days and it creeps back somewhat, but these days I can finally get through my whole workout routine without problems.

My daily routine is 1mg BPC morning and night, plus 1mg TB500 3 times a week in the morning.

Everything I read suggested that going higher doesn't really change much, and research stating what the max dose is isn't really out there. Speculation is everywhere, but facts I could find were scarce. Taking too much basically means wasting product. Some weeks I've doubled my dose just to be sure, but honestly the max for me is unknown, and I'd rather waste some than not get the most out of it.

All I know is that I thought I would live with this useless arm for the rest of my life and these 2 peps healed me.

I have been running my current stack for 6 months now.

For the past 3 months I've been running a comparable stack, and BPC/TB has worked really well for persistent problems (golfers elbow, achilles tendonitis) along with everyday soreness. Curious to hear your experience with CJC/IPA. I'm looking at it as well (the kit is already here), but since I've never given myself an IM injection, I still need to get past that mental hurdle 🙂

Reverse Tyler Twist for Golfer's Elbow

That movement did a lot for me. The KLOW blend helped plenty too.
Thinking about trying klow — what dosing schedule do you follow?
My daily protocol delivered 2.5mg GHK-Cu alongside 0.5mg apiece of KPV, BPC-157, and TB-500.

Breaking it down further: I mixed KLOW 80 with 3mL BAC and dosed 15 units each day.

That stretch lasted 9 weeks; right now I'm midway through a 3 week break. I'll pick it back up in a week and a half.
