Is there anything out there that could repair a grade 3 ACL tear? I'm aware BPC-157 and TB-500 get mentioned, but mine is a grade 3 tear and I'd rather avoid surgery since the whole surgical process is draining.

Getting back to sports is the goal. The injury happened when I essentially landed on my knee.
 
Going by bro science, wouldn't it be hgh plus a high-protein diet? Sorry I can't offer anything better. Since collagen is involved, the KLOW blends could be something to check out. I've thought about trying it, but roughly 200 for a kit feels like a lot.
