Right now I live in the Hell that is the US, California specifically.
Once 80lbs came off (thanks to the medication), my access to that medication (Zepbound) went away too. Keeping weight off while taking my current meds (Seroquel) is not something I can manage - and stopping them is not an option - nor is the extra weight they bring.
So, the same as vaping and vitamin stacking back in the day, I am going hunting for an affordable alternative. All of this is new territory, and I intend to work it out and get it secured before the rest of the world catches on and ruins it.
