Hello everyone- just a brief intro on me. A 57 almost 58 year old woman with PCOS, that's me. Battling weight and other affects of PCOS has been my life. 10 years of a fitness journey are behind me - 80 pounds down from my highest weight. Weightlifting is the focus, plus plenty of zone 2 cardio together with a high protein diet and tracking. The current stack: retatrutide 4mg per week, cjc1295/ipamorelin no dac and GLOW. Reta has changed the game for me, it seems to pull my insulin resistance down to a level that's almost normal.
15-20 more pounds are needed before my goal is reached, depending upon where my body fat lands. Tapering down on Reta is planned, though whether it gets stopped altogether or not is unknown.
