For those who share my interest in 3D printing: I'm planning to give my child a 3D printer, and I'll stick to filaments with low toxic fumes — mainly psa and similar types. The bedroom would be the most convenient spot, but naturally a bedroom plus a 3D printer is seen as a no-go. How about placing it near a window and setting up some sort of ventilation arrangement? To me this looks quite feasible and safe. I also want to purchase one for my office, and the same issue applies there. Please don't hit me with the "only an idiot would put a 3D printer in their kid's bedroom, you want your kid to get lung cancer, etc" remarks. I'm aware, which is exactly why I'm asking both here and in various other places. I won't do a single thing until I've thoroughly vetted this question through countless sources, many superior to here (this won't be my sole source, and it's probably my worst. Naturally, there could easily be 3D printer experts here who can direct me to excellent information, so why not ask?).
