32F, standing 5'6" at 275 lbs. Obesity was my diagnosis as a kid, and the nutritionists and personal trainers I have sat through since then are beyond counting.
Being young and broke, smoking, drinking and using meant weight came off in my early 20s, bottoming out at 140lbs. Then I met the person I want to spend my life with, cut all of it out, went to college and 9 years ago turned everything around - only for a lot of weight to creep back on since. Diabetes and heart disease run in my family, so from age 15 I have eaten pescatarian (a few plant-based years in there), which helped somewhat (blood work always surprises doctors - low cholesterol, low A1C, yet nobody can explain the weight). Thyroid panels over and over show nothing. Hiking, kayaking and cycling with my partner are what I love, but my body keeps making those harder (last year I got through a sprint triathlon at 250lbs alongside my athletic friends).
Compound tirz was something I tried a few years back (wish I had bought in bulk) - 30lbs came off, then came right back. A sema subscription started last year, but the nausea it brings is severe enough that I have not stayed consistent (30lb up and down)
