Hi all,

Just turned 30, and I've decided to take my health seriously for the first time in years — I'd let things slide badly. Weights and the gym have always been part of my routine, but the weight stayed on regardless (5ft 6in, 215lbs).

Watching what my mother and sister got out of it is what pulled me into reading up on peptides and GLP-1s.

Reta is what I'm on now: 0.5mg to begin with, sitting at 1mg today, and yes I'm being very cautious lol. Since then I've started looking at other compounds and thinking about how to stack them. There's a lot I want to understand about Reta and the rest, so I'll be asking plenty of questions. Good to care about my body again, and I can't wait to read through everyone's stories!
