3 months in, 23 lbs down

Damn today is a good day. Started at 237lbs, currently at 214.2lbs. Honestly the weight is a small footnote here. Today I discovered I finally fit into my dress shirts again.

I had these tailored in ~2023 but with the increasing weight I stopped trying to button them at all and just started wearing colored undershirts to play off the colors. Today is almost exactly 3 months in to when I started with GLPs, currently at 3mg. I don't notice a difference in the mirror besides a slimmer face but the clothes don't lie. If anything they look a little loose now

I have to buy a nice suit for a wedding in a couple months and trying to hold it off until the last minute because I'm losing too much weight too. I still have 15 lb to go.

10 weeks in here and down 30# and 1 (almost 2) pant sizes down. Started at 340 and down to 310 on a very low starting dose and slow titration up.
