Anyone here in the UK involved in group buys, or do you simply place orders together for shared testing, or is it all solo purchasing and testing? I've been digging around and reading extensively, but I can't find any mention of GB / group testing on this side of the globe.

Just curious - has either of you run into problems with anpost or customs, anything getting seized? If a vendor claims they ship to ireland and the parcel gets held, does the loss land entirely on you?

If you take a break from tirz for something like 6 months, should you restart at a much lower dose than you were on? I was on 7.5mg — do I go back to 2.5 and step up weekly if it's doing nothing?

hows it going! Always had a bmi in the obese range. My missus started tirz mounjaro and was getting amazing results, but she quit halfway through the month's supply, so rather than bin it she convinced me to try it—something I never thought I'd do, but wow, on 2.5 mg the food noise vanished...
