    I've been reading quietly for some time, picking up general information and getting a sense of how this forum and space work. Plenty of people around here clearly know their stuff. Happy to have joined. Right now I'm on 1mg Reta — the starting dose — yet I've dropped 20lbs over 4 weeks.
