    Hey Everyone, I'm 38, carrying around a dad bod, and I've finally made up my mind that it's time to change things. I've been on Reta for roughly a week day now and I'm already down 7lbs. Looking forward to digging up more research here and finding the motivation to keep shredding this dad bod.
